MACHINING
As a full service machine shop AMTC’s capablilites range from individual components to complex assemblies. We machine ferrous metals(carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless, etc.) and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, brass, bronze, etc), as well as machinable plastics.
Four axis CNC milling capacities up to 24" x 24" x 72", and CNC turning from 3" through bar capacity and 22" swing, and gear cutting up to 3".
We maintain a full compliment of prep and finishing machines including saws, cut off, grinders, etc.
We handle all tool making, fixture design and fabrication in house.
